Shipping

When will I receive my order?

We'll have your items prepped and ready to go within just 1-3 business days from the time you hit that order button, and we ship everything from our Austin, Texas location.

Now, if you're looking for even more value, we've got a sweet deal for you. For orders over $150, just select the Free Shipping option and your package will be on its way to you in about 5-8 business days after it's been processed and shipped.

Please note that our shipping partners don't typically operate on weekends, so any orders shipped around that time might arrive a little later. And just in case, some processing time may apply. But don't worry, we'll do everything we can to get your order out the door as fast as possible!

What is the cost of shipping within the US?

Are you ready to hear about our shipping options? Here's the scoop: we use both USPS and UPS to get your goodies to you, and the cost depends on a few factors like weight and destination. If you're just snagging a t-shirt, shorts, or a rash guard, you can expect to pay around $5-$10, while a a big order might cost you between $8-$20.

But wait, there's more! If your order totals over $150, we'll give you complimentary shipping as a little thank you. Otherwise, don't worry, the rates will be calculated for you at checkout.

I paid for USPS Priority Mail, when will I receive my order?

Are you in a rush to get your hands on your order? We totally get it! That's why we offer a few different shipping options to suit your needs.

If you go with USPS Priority Mail, we'll have your package on its way to you within just 1-2 business days - that's lightning fast! But if you need your goodies even sooner, we've got you covered. Just select UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express and your order will be whisked away on the same day if it's placed before 12pm Mon-Fri. Otherwise, it'll be shipped out on the next business day.

Payments

How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit cards, and Venmo. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta, Amazon Pay and Shop.

My payment did not go through. What could be the reason for that?

Hey, we know it can be super frustrating when your payment gets declined, but don't worry - we're here to help! There are a few different reasons why this might happen, but we've got some tips to get you back on track.

If you're paying with a credit card, the issue could be related to your billing address. Double-check that you've entered everything correctly, especially if your shipping address is different from your billing address. Unfortunately, we're not able to manually adjust your billing address, so if our system declines your payment, you'll need to start over.

Now, if you're using Shop or Amazon Pay and your payment isn't going through, there's a chance it's related to their own verification process. We can't process your order until they approve the charge, so you might want to reach out to them directly for more info.

We know it's not always easy to troubleshoot payment issues, but we're here to support you every step of the way!

I placed an order and did not receive any invoice or confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet.

We totally understand why you'd be eager to see that credit hit your account! When you cancel your order, we'll submit your request for a credit within just 1 business day of receiving it.

Now, the timeline for actually seeing that credit hit your account can vary a bit depending on your billing cycle, but we generally estimate it'll take about 7-10 business days. Keep an eye on your next credit card statement - you should see that credit reflected there or in the following one.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color you can do so by sending it back for store credit. There is no return fee for returning for store credit. I already washed or used my item, can I still return it?

We want to make sure that you're 100% happy with your purchase from us, and that means making sure everything is in top-notch condition. In order to offer you the best possible experience, we unfortunately can't accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or washed.

But don't worry - we've got your back! If you need to return an item, just make sure it's in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. This way, we can make sure that everything is in the best possible shape for the next happy customer.

Can I return my item to exchange it for something else?

How should I wash my product?

We highly recommend washing all shirts, rash guards, and shorts in cold water inside out and drying them on low or more ideally hanging them to dry. We suggest following these simple care instructions to ensure that your gear lasts as long as possible.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges once an item has been washed. So to make sure you're happy with your purchase before you put it to use.

The item I am looking for is sold out. When will it be back in stock?

Looking for a specific product that's currently out of stock? No problem! We understand how frustrating it can be to not find what you're looking for. We do our best to restock our products as often as possible, but sometimes certain items may be discontinued altogether. Don't worry though, you can sign up to receive a restock notification via email right on the product page! Simply select the size and color you're interested in, and enter your email address in the box that appears below.
