Returns and Exchange Policy

At Taranta, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tarantasport.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have received a RAN, please ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@tarantasport.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have received a RAN, please ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method and you can place a new order for the desired item(s).

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items that are missing tags or are not in their original packaging
  • Items that have been personalized or customized
